Hold the order book.

The steward is the one wallet that can turn a repository's pool into work orders. Prove the repository is yours with one committed file.

Repository

Add it to the root of wevm/viem, on the default branch.

The attestor reads the file and signs a binding for the wallet it names.

Submit the signature. From the next block, you can write work orders from the pool.

Already bound? Commit a new wallet and bind again. The newest binding replaces the old steward.
